Coronavirus Service Updates

Our stores are now reopening in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Orders can once again be placed online for collection in store.

Please check with the store directly for any changes in opening times, although the information we have here should be accurate.

All of the UK Sony Centres are now, in common with most retailers, closed with immediate effect. We will reopen as soon as we are advised it is safe to do so.

It is not possible to place orders for collection from store or purchase store clearance items at this time.

All stock will be delivered from the main Sony warehouse. The courier will not enter your house, and may not ask you to sign the delivery confirmation, depending on the courier.

Our courier for TV's larger than 43” is no longer able to collect product from a customers property. As a result we cannot collect these items for refund. This covers change of mind, damaged or faulty items.  A return will be created as soon as we are in a position to do so.  Please ensure the product is stored safely with all accessories and packaging in the meantime.

This has no impact on our delivery service.

Whilst our warehouses are operating normally, we, and our couriers are experiencing higher than expected workloads so delivery may take slightly longer during this time.
